Do you need help developing an effective workout routine or just need some professional advice to help achieve a desired result? At Smith Fitness Center, we have personal trainers who can work one-on-one with you to accomplish your fitness goals. We have individual sessions, fitness consultations, and group sessions available. Our prices are competitive and we're sure you'll be satisfied with the quality of our trainers.
Pricing
Initial Assessment - $40.00
4 sessions - $140.00
8 Sessions - $260.00
12 Sessions - $340.00
There is a 24 hour cancellation fee.
Trainers

Gretchen Timmons is a Certified Personal Trainer, with additional certifications in CPR, First Aid, and AED. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Health and Physical Education from Frostburg State University, as well as a Master of Arts in Teaching in Physical Education from the University of South Carolina. She is a certified health and physical education teacher and enjoys triathlons and biking. Gretchen's hours are M/W/F from 9:30am - 11:30am and Saturdays from 7am - 11am.

Eric Dempsey is a Certified Personal Trainer and Fitness Bootcamp Instructor specializing in Strength & Conditioning and Fat Loss. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Criminal Justice & Military from Troy University, as well as a Associate of Science degree in Physical Education & Fitness. He is a retired U.S. Army Master Sergeant with 20 years of Active Duty service and has over 28 years of experience in fitness training. He enjoys Martial Arts, Bowling and Photography. Misty Owens is an NASM-Certified Personal Trainer. She is currently a senior at Troy University completing her Bachelor's Degree in Sport and Fitness Management. Misty's specialties include: Sport and Performance Training, Heart-Rate based Aerobic Training, and Functional Fitness. She believes fitness is a lifestyle, and designs personalized programs that build on a clients' measured ability. Her programs establish a movement foundation, build stability, improve strength, and develop power. Misty enjoys training for running events and has completed several regional 5K’s and 1/2 marathons. In addition to racing, she enjoys coaching others to achieve their specific training goals. Misty is available by appointment at Smith Gym.

Jessica Miller is a ACE certified Personal Trainer, her goal is to help people achieve their fitness goals, by providing them with my knowledge on the subject of exercise and health. She was awarded a degree from Auburn University 2009 in Bachelor of Science/ Exercise Science. She was a competitive gymnast for five years and participated in in many local 5K and 10K races, competed in a triathlon and has experience with coaching. Her latest achievement includes, participating and running in the 2009 Army 10-Miler in Washington, DC. She wants to share her knowledge and passion for exercise with others and hopefully make an impact on their lives!
