Fitness Classes

Smith Fitness Center offers a variety of organized fitness classes to help you get in shape in a positive group environment. The cost is $25 per month for unlimited classes or $3 per class.

Child care is available for children 6 weeks - 12 years old at $3.00 per hour on a first come, first serve basis Monday thru Friday 8am - 1pm and 4pm - 8pm, Monday thru Friday including training holidays (closed on weekends and holidays). Appropriate activities and supervision will be provided by qualified CYSS caregiving staff. Child care punch cards are available for purchase at the Smith Fitness Center, CYSS Central Registration and Child Development Centers.

Classes

  • Yoga: Strengthen your body and improve your flexibility with this dynamic yoga class.
  • Aqua Aerobics: Full body workout with the added resistance of water - a great workout for all ability levels!
  • B.L.A.S.T!: Butt, legs, abs, (and) strength training! This is a hour long "curves-like" workout designed for you to come and go as you please. Geared toward women (but not limited to them) - this class alternates cardio and strength training for a total body workout.
  • Extreme Kick: New class with a new instructor! The class consists of kickboxing, plyometrics, strengthening and stretching.
  • Step & Sculpt: Great full body workout including cardio with intervals of weights/sculpting. Perfect way to change up your daily routine!
  • Lunch Time Step: Quick 45 minute high energy step class to get your workout in - during your lunch!
  • Saturday Step: A full hour of a great cardio step workout to get your weekend started right!
  • Spin/Saturday Spin: Give your body a change and try this awesome spinning class to boost your weekly workout.
  • Cardio Dance: Class consists of the new hit Zumba which consist of salsa moves, plus ballroom dancing moves, to give you a great workout.
  • Beginner Pilates: Stretch and strengthen you way to health in this new pilates classes geared toward beginners.
  • Belly Dancing: Just try it - you'll love it! Great ab workout!
  • Core & More: A great ab and strengthening class to get fit faster!!
