Fitness Classes

Smith Fitness Center offers a variety of classes to help you get in shape - and stay in shape! The cost is $25 per month for unlimited classes or $3 per class. Child care is available Monday through Friday, 8am-1pm and 4pm-8pm, closed weekends and federal holidays. The hourly rate is $3.50 for the first child and $3.15 for additional children. Child care punch cards are available at the Smith Fitness Center, CYSS Central Registration and Child Development Centers. View the fitness class schedule

Aqua Aerobics
Full body workout with water for resistance. For all abilities!
Butts & Guts
Targets lower body & abs but works the whole body. Light weights, high repetitions.
Beginner Pilates
Stretch and strengthen your way to health.
B.L.A.S.T!
Butt, Legs, Abs, and Strength Training! Half cardio, half strength training. Alternating intervals.
Cardio Core
Cardio and abs for full core strengthening. Awesome workout.
Cardio Dance
Salsa and ballroom dancing. Very popular!

Guts & Glutes
45 minute class for abs, back and glutes.

45 minute, high energy class.
Power Flex
Body pump style, using weights, develops strength and endurance.

Power Yoga
Combination of traditional yoga with dynamic exercises for all your muscles.
Saturday Step
An hour of a great cardio to start your weekend right!
