Fitness Classes

At Smith Fitness Center and Audie Murphy Athletic Performance Center, we offer a variety of classes to help you get in shape - and stay in shape! The cost is $25 per month for unlimited classes or $3 per class. View the fitness class schedule

Child Care on Site

Smith offers child care on site for $4 per hour for children 6 weeks to 12 years. Care is available from 8am-1pm and 4-8pm Mondays, Wednesdays and Fridays and 8am-1pm and 4-9pm Tuesdays and Thursdays. Children must be registered with CYSS. For information on registration, call 706-545-2079.

Personal Training

Do you need help developing an effective workout routine or professional advice to help you achieve desired results? We have personal trainers who will help you accomplish your fitness goals. We offer consultations and individual or group sessions. Our prices are competitive, and we're confident you will be satisfied with the quality of our trainers. Massage Therapy



Relax and unwind with a soothing massages from a certified therapist at Smith Fitness Center. We offer 60 minutes of therapy for $70 and 90 minutes for $105.

Massage therapy hours are Monday through Saturday 8am-8pm and Sunday noon-7pm by appointment only. Call 706-536-6313.

Meet our Licensed Massage Therapists, members of the

Traci Kuechenmeister is certified in advanced neuromuscular, sports performance and craniosacral therapy. She performs craniosacral therapy, myofascial and TMJ treatments, MLD, aromatherapy, and Swedish, hot stone, sports and pregnancy massage.

Cindy Howard focuses on whole body health and wellness. She performs craniosacral therapy, aromatherapy and Swedish, deep tissue, sports, pregnancy and hot stone massage.

Primavera Vasquez is a certified medical massage therapist. She performs medical, sports, Swedish and deep tissue massage. Primavera is certified with the NCBTMB.

Massage Options

Craniosacral
A light-touch approach, releases tensions, relieves pain, improves health and performance. Therapist works with tissues that house the nervous system to help the body relax and self-correct. Naturally eliminates pain and stress, strengthens resistance to disease.

Swedish
Our most popular massage, wonderful for relaxation and stress management.

Deep Tissue
Swedish massage techniques applied with more pressure, applied with hands, forearms and elbows.

Pregnancy
Therapists certified in prenatal and postnatal massage. Gently ease away the aches and pains of pregnancy and childbirth
TMJ
Performed with the utmost care. Myofascial treatment, neuromuscular massage and craniosacral therapy to the shoulders, neck, head and face to relieve TMJ dysfunction. Expect a marked improvement after just one session.

Sports Performance
Integrates myofascial stretching, range of motion and isometric stretches, and vigorous massage. Helps optimize athletic performance. Popular post-workout treatment

Neuromuscular
Scientific approach to massage therapy that uses specific treatments for each muscle for healing and retraining. Often focused on particular areas of the body for healing of injuries
