At our Schools of Knowledge, Inspiration, Exploration & Skills, the possibilities are unlimited! Through SKIESUnlimited, children and youth have equal access to opportunities that expand their knowledge, explore and acquire new skills. SKIESUnlimited includes programs for children and youth from infancy to adolescence, from 6-weeks-old through high school. The four schools of knowledge we offer include:
- School of Academic Skills, Mentoring and Intervention
- School of Arts, Recreation and Leisure
- School of Life Skills, Citizenship and Leadership
- School of Sports, Fitness and Health
Registration & Eligibility
Registrations for SKIES programs are completed through the Central Registration office. SKIES programs are offered to dependants of Soldiers, National Guardsmen and Reservists, retired military, DOD civilian employees and DOD contractors.

Army Family Convenant
Because deployments can be difficult for families, we offer the families of deployed Soldiers an Army Family Convenant card good for $300 worth of SKIESUnlimited classes. For information about the AFC card, contact your unit family readiness group leader.
SKIES Classes
Currently, SKIES classes are held at various locations on Main Post. In August, we will move to a new facility in Building 11306, on Custer Road, next to McBride Elementary School. This new state-of-the-art facility will house 135 children with a dance studio, drama room, gymnasium, tech lab and areas for culinary arts and crafts. Join us for the grand opening September 22.
Currently, we offer the following classes:
- » Dance Force
- For ages 3 and older, this program runs through the school year, from August to May, with an end-of-year recital. Lessons cost $35 per month, and recital costumes are approximately $45. (view schedule and class information)
- Classes include:
- Pre-dance/Creative Movement (view order form)
- Pre-jazz, Jazz and Hip Hop (view order form)
- Ballet/Tap Combo (view order form)
- » Tae Kwon Do, three days a week, year round. Call 706-545-0522
- » Drivers Education, $395 per student
- Classes: July 26-30, Aug.5-30, Sept.7-30, Oct. 5-28, Nov. 2-Dec. 2, with a holiday break, and Dec.7-30. All classes will be held from 4-7:45pm at McGraw CDC and Performing Arts Center, Bldg 11306.
- » Art, $50 per month for ages 6 to 12, and $55 per month for 13 to 18

- Ages 5-7 10am-11am, Ages 8-12 11am-noon
- » Kindermusik
- Ages 2-4 meet once a week, $35 per month
- 6 months-3 years, with a parent, meets once a week, $45 per month
- » MYPIANO
- Designed for children between 2 and 6 years old, this program is arranged in quarterly units, with lessons emphasizing fine motor skill development, integrating sensory information, reading readiness and cognitive process development. The piano/keyboard program develops basic music skills through ear training, solfege singing, keyboard solo, ensemble performance, music theory and composition.
