Comprehensive Soldier Fitness

Welcome to Fort Benning's virtual Comprehensive Soldier Fitness campus. Here you will find resources to support the five dimensions of the CSF program: physical, family, social, spiritual and emotional fitness.

The CSF program is based on more than 30 years of scientific study. It uses individual assessment, virtual training, classroom training and embedded resilience experts to provide the critical skills Soldiers, family members and Army civilians need to be physically, socially, spirtually and emotionally fit.

The introducution of CSF marks a new era for the Army by comprehensively equipping and training the Army community to maximize their potential and face the physical and psychological challenges of sustained operations. We are committed to a true holistic model, designed for the entire force, which will enhance resilience and enable Soldiers and families to grow and thrive in today's Army.
