Army Family Team Building

Army Family Team Building (AFTB) is a Family training and readiness program that provides participants with an understanding of Army culture and the skills and resources they need to become self-reliant, self-sufficient members of the military community. The purpose of AFTB is to assist members of the Army (Soldiers, spouses, civilians, & youth) to adapt to Army life, manage change, and accept challenges.

The AFTB mission is to educate and empower members of the military community to develop skills and behaviors that strengthens self-reliance, promote retention, and enhance readiness. AFTB strives to provide pro-active, forward thinking support for today's Families and ensure the strength of tomorrow's Army.
