SKIESUnlimited Survey

Fort Benning Child and Youth Services (CYS) is implementing SKIESUnlimited to enhance and support youth growth and development through instructional classes. We need your input on what classes we offer and when we offer them!

Please submit your answers to this survey so that we may gain a better understanding of the programs our community wants offered. SKIESUnlimited currently offers dance, gymnastics, tae kwon do, drivers education, and Kindermusik. We hope to offer more classes based on your interests.

Parents, please submit this survey with all of your children in mind (infants through high school seniors).
