Information, Referral & Follow-up Program The Information, Referral & Follow-up program provides information, referral and follow-up services on all ACS programs. IR&F also serve as the central point of distribution for ACS information, flyers, brochures, & Fort Benning’s upcoming events and activities. IR&F also provide general post information such as telephone number, building location, and not readily identifiable social service organizations.
