Offers assistance, information, and education on consumer issues, financial planning, family budgeting, and debt management matters. Classes/briefings available to units include: Military Pay, Bank Account Management, Budgeting, Debt Liquidation, Credit Management, Insurance, Investments, Major Purchases, Community Resources, Thrift Savings Plan, and Planning for Deployment, Transition, Retirement, or PCS. Individual counseling, contract review, consumer complaint, and debt management assistance is also available form an accredited financial counselor.
