Employment Readiness Program The ERP assists spouses and teen youth of active and retired military with the opportunities to seek employment on and off-post. A listing of employment opportunities is updated weekly; these listings include Civil Service, Non-appropriated Fund, contract and local business opportunities. After a client’s needs and interest are determined through a job strategy workshop and counseling, job referrals are made. Additional workshops are provided on a variety of topics including: resume writing, interviewing techniques, and self-assessment.
